excellent stay downtown

modern suite balcony isolation noise reduction

the princess junior suite was modern. it featured quality equipment. the balcony included double isolation with sliding doors. windows provided perfect noise reduction from the city center promenade.

the in-room service cell had difficulties. it made ordering laundry a little tricky.

SOME issues NOT worth the cost

broken lamp broken valet stand

the location WAS undeniably central.

this hotel claims to be 5-star, but i see issues. the floor lamp in my room seemed half BROKEN. also, the valet stand was nearly falling apart, an absolute joke.

old mattress inconvenient elevator

the staff was helpful, i guess. cava on arrival was acceptable.

the mattress felt ancient, almost like sleeping in a DITCH. also, only ONE small elevator serves the whole place. it's quite inconvenient and i often waited longer than I liked.
